Shipping Information

We endeavour to ship all in stock orders within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is going to be any delays to your order being sent.

Typical delivery times expected:

Melbourne: Approximately 5-10 Business Days

Sydney: Approximately 4-10 Business Days

Brisbane, Perth: 5-10 Business Days

For all areas outside these metro locations, please allow up to 8-10 business days.

Please note that these time frames are estimates, and our carrier Australia post, endeavours to  meet these estimates at all times.

*Please be advised that some quilt cover sets, cushion covers and throws etc may be shipped directly from our suppliers OVERSEAS WAREHOUSE due to stock levels. Expected delivery time frame for these orders is generally 7-21 business days. If you would like to know about the delivery on a specific item please don’t hesitate to contact us.

For International Buyers please contact us for a Shipping Quote. For International Buyers the payment option available is Paypal only and we invoice directly through Paypal.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Bedroom Decor. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a full refund. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item.

For change of mind purchase returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for a return authorisation.

Items must be returned with all their original packaging (including cardboard inserts) and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

If an item is returned which has not been opened we offer a full refund or credit towards another item if you wish to exchange. At our discretion a restocking fee of 20% may be applied to items which have been opened..

All refunds are processed within 4-7 business days depending on how transaction was made.

Due to Government Health Regulations white goods, which include Quilts, Protectors, Pillows, Toppers, Underlays etc are not able to be returned for change of mind purchases.

Parcels not deliverable or not collected from Post Office

If a parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to it being unable to be delivered or it was not collected from the Post Office we are charged a Return to Sender fee by Australia Post. The customer will be responsible for the fee charged by Australia post and for any costs to resend the parcel. Tracking details are provided for all parcels sent via Australia Post so you can track your parcel once it has been posted.

For orders which are coming from separate locations a tracking number is provided for each parcel.
